You can send your desired photo and the names of the people in the image to sydneydh6@gmail.com, which the Memory Care Puzzle team will transform into a puzzle. A completed Memory Care Puzzle contains a treasured memory with the names of each person underneath their faces so that the puzzle-solver can recall their loved ones as they hunt for the pieces to put the puzzle together.

You can even inscribe places into your puzzle if you want to help the puzzle-solver remember a favorite destination! The photo and details of the puzzle are entirely up to you.
